What People Are Saying About The Road To Mental Wellness

A heartfelt journey of a brave man from childhood up

“Captivating. Heartfelt. A must-read. You feel his struggles with him. It’s eye-opening and makes you realize that so many people are struggling. So many people need help but don’t know where to go or who to turn to. Jonathan’s journey is about not giving up. Fighting for your rights and your mental health. I highly recommend reading this book. And I hope that one day we’ll have another one of his books to read. Very well written.”

A Brave, Bold, Heartfelt Effort

“I wake up in the morning and I am thankful for my new day. I choose to fill my day with as much positivity as I can. I live to the fullest! Reading this very brave and bold effort by Jonathan Arenburg showed me that not all men (people) are as lucky as I am to live free of mental health illnesses like depression, anxiety, and so much more. Jonathan has constructed a novel of gripping drama with scenarios of heartache and struggle, to amusing quips, tidbits, and periodic humor to lay himself out there for an audience to understand mental health and all its areas. This book is a prime example of how we can break down the stigma of the mental health struggles in men, and those who feel it’s not the ‘right thing to do’ to discuss their struggles. Bravo to Jonathan for telling his story. I highly recommend this book as both a way to teach/educate someone about mental health and wellness and also as a tool of awareness that it does exist. This novel is a struggle to get through in some spots because of the subject matter, but nowhere close to the actual struggles of its author! Thank you, Jonathan, for this staggering, heartfelt, and courageous book!”

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Rating: 5 out of 5.
